  • If you need other sizes, please contact us to order a custom made valance. A bigger valance will have more balloons and smaller valance will have fewer balloons. 

  • 30"W x 25"L (3 balloons) is custom made size, please note that the order is not returnable, exchangeable, refundable. The custom made order will be shipped in 3 weeks.
